Welcome to our revised web site. We have a very active summer in front of us and preparations for these events are being undertaken right now.

The first takes place on June 28 - July 1, when we host all the parishes of our Diocese of Ottawa, Eastern Canada and Upstate, NY, under the patronage of our shepherd, His Grace, Bishop ALEXANDER for the 2007 Parish Life Conference. It will be held at the Syracuse University Sheraton Hotel. You can see the theme for the conference in the Logo on the right. These conferences have come to be tangible opportunities, especially for our young people, along with those who are young at heart, to witness to their commitment and relationship with Christ and they do this with great enthusiasm! We anticipate a spiritually enriching and enjoyable time to reacquaint with old friends from our diocese. Please click onto the Logo to get details of the conference if you wish to participate.

The second is one that many associate with the identity of the parish: the annual Middle Eastern Cultural Festival. It is always a fun event where we can enjoy authentic Middle Eastern food, view the dancing and listen to the music. Vendors also come in to sell their goods with the most prominent being the gold and jewelry store and of course our Icon and Book store. Tours of our church take place each day as well as many other activities during the weekend.

The third one is a concert to be performed by the celebrated Middle Eastern classical singer, Simon Shaheen, with his instrumentalists on Sept. 22nd. This event is also being looked forward to with great anticipation.

Please browse through the rest of our site and feel free to email or call us if you have any questions.
